Ack!

It's been a few days since I've posted anything....

I have finished one Christmas present. For Nathalia. Well, almost finished it. I just have to sew in the ends, and then I have her headband done. That's all I'm making for her right now. Unless I decide to give her that for her birthday in March...Yea, that's what I'll do. Which means, I gotta get working on her scarf! Ack! haha
I am currently working on Ally's present. It is a scarf. Tonya, make sure you don't tell Ally what I am making her lol

And I just got done tutoring a kid named Eli. Tonight was the last night for two whole weeks. THANK GOD. lol ;)

Christmas present dilemma

I have a dilemma. I have 13 more days (counting today) until Christmas Eve. And I don't have gifts for 6 little girls (Allyson, Nathalia, Kyra, Celine, Emma, and Adelyn) who I love dearly. I've decided I want to knit them something, but I'm not totally sure what yet. I do have a few ideas for each girl tho. (and yes, I have done repeats for most of the girls lol)

Allyson: scarf, mini backpack, pillow, headband
Nathalia: scarf, mini backpack, pillow, headband
Kyra: scarf, little purse, pillow, headband
Celine: scarf, pillow, headband
Emma: scarf, mini backpack, pillow, headband
Adelyn: blanket

I have patterns for the headbands and I can pop out scarves like no tomorrow. So those gifts are likely for each of the girls minus Adelyn. But I want to give them something else. I dunno. Do those ideas sound good for girls who range from the ages of 6 months (Adelyn) to 8 years (Kyra) with the other 4 girls being around the age of 3 ish?

Christmas celebration with my dad's family

So, last night we celebrated Christmas at my grandmom's house with the entire family on my dad's side. Or, the majority of us anyway. Haha. My dad's sister wasn't there with her husband and 2 boys. So, it was my dad, my sister, myself, my dad's girlfriend, the twins (my dad's brothers), both of their wives, my new baby cousin (who is 7 months old), and my grandparents. When you get our family together, it's always a good time.

That's my dad's girlfriend, Claudia, and my dad. This was right after I got my brand new camera, and I put the batteries in it. So, I decided to take a picture of my dad and his girlfriend. =]

That is the blanket I knitted for my baby cousin, Riley. I took this picture on my cell phone, thus the not so good quality of the picture. When my uncle opened the present, immediately my aunt Amy was gushing over it. Or, almost. lol I worked on it from the Monday before Christmas until yesterday afternoon when I finished it at my grandmom's house. It was supposed to be a bit longer, but it wraps around him, which is good. =]

Uhm, yea. lol That is my uncle Jeremy. Ian's twin brother. Jeremy's nickname to all of his nieces and nephews is Crazy Uncle Jeremy. And from that picture, you can see why. There is a LONG story behind what he did, but it started out that he wanted to take the tape and give himself a chin strap. Then he taped his nose to his face, and then the eyelids. And it all went downhill from there. The side views are better tho. LOL This whole fiasco happened during dinner, and I took the picture with my cell phone. We were all taking pics with our phones or cameras. =]
And that is my 7 month old cousin Riley. Notice how he has the blanket I knitted on his lap. Mhm. I told my dad he liked my present more than his. lol His may rattle and make noise, but mine was handmade and he kept grabbing for it. LOL Riley is sitting on his dad's lap, who is the twin brother of Jeremy. Ian is nowhere near as crazy as Jeremy is. He does have his moments tho. =] lol
There were many other pictures I could have put on here, but then there are also some pictures I don't have yet. I may put others on when I get them from my grandmom or my aunt or my dad. Depends on how the pictures turn out. lol =]

Well, I hope that everybody had a fun Christmas!!

Christmas here at my dad's was pretty quiet. No tree since we're going up to my grandmom's house in San Francisco area on Saturday. So, also, no presents to open. Oh well. lol
My dad and I made breakfast this morning once my sweatpants got out of the dryer. He made pancakes while I made the bacon. Shannon played the xBox while we made breakfast, and once we were all done eating, I started playing the xBox. At around lunch time we all ate mac 'n cheese from last night, and played more video games. lol I started working on my baby cousin's blanket again, put it down for one second, and then passed out. lol I was asleep for 2 and a half hours, and during that time my dad and sister played a board game called Stone Age. After I woke up, my dad showered, and then so did I. We went out for dinner at this Italian restaurant, and then went and saw Tale of Desperaux. omg, it was soooo cute! Emma Roberts, the girl who plays Hermione in Harry Potter, was the voice of the princess in the movie. All 3 of us enjoyed it alot.
Well, that's all I have to say for today. I might post something tomorrow. I know that once I get home from my grandmom's on Sunday I will have LOTS to post. And also pictures. =] Hopefully I'll get my new camera. I really hope so. lol

Finally in California

Wow. Today was not a good day to fly.

Our flight was supposed to take off at 3:55......It didn't take off until 5:41 EST. We landed at 9:17 ish PST. We were PISSED cuz of the delay. We were so bored, we were taking pictures like, nonstop!!! lol I only saved one of them and emailed it to myself......


As you can tell, we were really bored.
So, now I'm laying on my bed at my dad's house. Tho it's only my bed for about a week or so. If that even. Cuz in a few days, the person who rents our room is coming back from her brother's house, which means Shannon and I have to sleep on the sofa in the living room. Urrrrrrg. One good thing about my dad's house is this tho: Bed by midnight, up by noon. Bed just means I have to be in bed. Not that I have to be sleeping tho. XD lol there are other good things about his house, but that's the one I'm loving right now.
Tomorrow my dad works until noon ish. So, I'm sleeping in and catching up on sleep I missed out on on the plane.

OMG I almost forgot to tell you people! An elderly woman was sitting in front of Shannon on the plane. She passed out and puked all over herself and in between the two seats (her's and her husband's seat). Well, Shannon and I were both asleep during all this. Next thing I know, there are a bunch of people around the area we were sitting at, and I realized my sock felt wet (I take off my shoes on an airplane lol) I looked at my sock, and was like "ewwwwwwwwwwww what is----" and that's when I realized the woman had gotten sick. So, I had vomit on my left sock, on my right pant leg, and Shannon had some on her backpack. It was gross. The poor woman had overheated, and so she ended up passing out which is when she started puking. Very sad for her. Once we got to SFO, there were paramedics waiting for her and her husband once they got off the plane. I sure hope she's ok.

I texted the people I said I would text, and I almost called Collin like he had told me to. Cuz oh yea, my phone is working again (I couldn't hear anybody on the other line, and they couldn't hear me). But, when I texted him telling him we got in ok, he didn't answer me. So, I figured I didn't want to wake him up. I'll probably have a text from him in the morning when I wake up tho. =]
And now I'm off to bed. I'm exhausted, and feel like I'm gonna pass out. I just wanted to do a quick update before I went to bed. And I'm gonna try to take a picture of the present I'm making for my 6 month old baby cousin and also for Allyson, Collin's little sister. Both presents are a work in progress right now, and I gotta get Riley's done by Saturday. Unfortunately I can't send Ally's to her before Christmas, so Tonya, if you could just tell her that I have a present for her once I get back?? lol =]

Fun day with Collin and his family

Ok, so, Collin and Fred picked me up at like, 3:30 ish. Collin came to the back door, and I saw something sticking out of his hoodie pocket. I grabbed my purse and his present, and he and I went outside to go to his stepmom's grandparents' house for the holiday party. That's when he handed me a card and a Dove chocolate rose. The card was soooo cute. Especially what he put underneath all the writing that the card already said. =] I gave him his present, and then we got in the car. Just as I was getting in the car, I saw this giant teddy bear. I was thinking "No, can't be for me" and then after he gets in the car too, he looks at me and says "The bear is your's" and then Fred hands back a box of Godiva chocolates and Collin hands them to me. So, he got me a ton of chocolate, a bear, and a really cute card. He opened his present I gave him, a Korn CD. He said he really liked it. I still couldn't believe he got me all that stuff tho. So, we got to the party. We ate some food, and then me, Collin, Michael, Allyson, Tonya, Fred, Adam, Randy, and Colt all went on a walk around the farm. Boy was it cold!!! Haha It was fun tho. When we finally got back to the house, I couldn't feel my toes. Haha. So I sat next to the heater trying to warm up my toes. haha. That's when people started opening up presents. Tonya handed me one bag, and said "This is from me and Fred." I opened up the bag, and saw a can of Diet Coke and a bar of Godiva Dark Chocolate. The Diet Coke didn't last very long. haha. Neither did the chocolate. She bought me a Diet Coke cuz she knows I love it. =] Yes, I know that I'll more than likely switch over to Pepsi since they all drink Pepsi haha Then she handed me another bag. I opened it up, and saw a picture frame that had 5 pictures of me and Collin in it. =] On the top of the frame it said "Padme & Anakin" and on the bottom said "October 13, 2008" It is soooo cute. I'm gonna take a picture of it soon and put it on here once I take a picture of it. I'm like, in love with it. =]
Then pictures were taken in front of the tree. First Collin, Allyson, and Michael. Then Fred and Tonya were added in the picture. Then Randy, Jamie, Colt, and James got their picture taken in front of the tree. then I dunno who all went. Haha. Too many names to remember. Sorry everybody in the family!!! Haha. After I thought all the pictures were done, someone (probably Randy) had to say that I hadn't gotten up yet for any pictures. So, Collin and I had our picture taken in front of the tree. If Tonya ever puts those up somewhere, I'll snag them from her. Haha =]
Then it was time for me to leave. So, Fred and Collin drove me home. Bringing in all my gifts was a hassle. Especially since Tonya also baked cookies for my mom and grandfather thanking them for all their trouble picking Collin up along with me after school every Tuesday almost. haha. So, Collin took in the cookies while I grabbed all my presents.
So, today/tonight was a very good night. I had lots of fun at the party with Tonya's family. They're all so nice. And I loved my Christmas presents I got too. =]

Fun Christmas traditions??

Ok, I wasn't able to post anything last night cuz I was so tired and I was busy talking to Collin and Andy online. lol

So, I got picked up by Collin and Fred at like, noon ish. And then we went back to their house where I ate baked ziti and Collin ate pizza. Ally had her piece of pizza too, and then we were off to go get a Christmas tree. And I didn't have to chop it down like Tonya was saying I was gonna have to. lol XD After Tonya picked the tree she wanted, we ended up eating lunch again with her mom, her brother, his wife, and Colt and James (Randy and Jamie's sons). Well, Collin and I ate cheese fries. haha. I ended up sitting between Randy and Collin, and across from me was Tonya. I made the stupid mistake of telling Collin to go ahead and get me Diet Coke....Probably should have told him to get me Diet Dr. Pepper or something. haha. They didn't get too mad tho. lol Just for a few seconds at the beginning of lunch when they were teasing me.....I hope. Hahah. Randy was pretty funny, and it was fun sitting there listening to all the chatter going on. Colt and Ally kept running around which was funny. And I think Ally wanted to play with James (the baby) or something, all I heard was Tonya tell Ally to leave him alone. haha.

We went back to the house and were watching tv for a while. Then Randy came with the tree. When the tree came, Ally and I put on Tom & Jerry on the TV, and she was sitting in my lap watching it while Collin, Fred, and Randy put the tree in the stand outside. Then they carried the tree inside and blocked the screen. Ally would get up, move so she could see it, then would run back over to the sofa and jump on my lap. It was pretty funny. They cut off the stuff keeping the branches close to the tree and cut some off the top of the tree, and then they were done. Finally they got out of our way and we could watch Tom & Jerry in peace. haha. Then Collin came over and Ally sat on my lap and his lap while we kept watching tv. Since I love Tom & Jerry so much, we watched about half the episodes we could find on the On Demand haha. XD At around 5 ish I think we left for this place where we get to see Santa. Ally was so excited, and on the way to go see him, all she was doing was singing Christmas songs, and saying "Merry Kissmas!" and stuff. It was sooo cute. She brought the reindeer that Santa sent her to show him that she got it. When she got in there to see Santa, of course she was shy. She had planned on tell him that she wanted a bike for Christmas, but she was shy and didn't say it. Haha. After Tonya got a few pictures of Ally with Santa and Mrs. Claus, Collin and Michael got in and had their picture taken with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Ally. It looked cute from where I was (standing with Fred behind Tonya haha)
After that Collin and I walked around trying to find something warm to drink. Finally we found the little coffee shop and got some hot chocolate that had caramel syrup in it. It was yummy. =] We went to where they were showing Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer and drank the hot cocoa. He spilled some himself. Tho he says I did it. I really didn't. lol =]
We left shortly afterwards and went to go eat dinner. Collin and I lucked out cuz Tonya was saying we were gonna make chicken pot pie. haha. We didn't have to. XD We went to a restaurant called The Green Olive (I think). I got chicken fettuccine alfredo and Collin got chicken marsala. His was GOOD. So was mine. I ended up taking like, half of mine home with me, but I left it at his house of course. Haha. We got back to their house at around 8:30 ish and we sat there and watched tv with Ally and Michael. And I stole his hat. Hahahah XD Tho I gotta give it back to him on Monday....=[ lol just kidding on the sad face. =] I ended up getting home at around 10 ish or so.

So, it was a good night. Last tradition I can be dragged into for this year too since next weekend he's at his mom's house and that's the last weekend I'm gonna be here for. haha. And now I'm off to church. I'll be home around 1 ish and then I hopefully am gonna go to Rachael's house to bake cookies. As long as her mom can give me a ride home, I can. My mom is gonna get my phone fixed I think too! =]

In for an exciting day??

I dunno if today is gonna be as exciting as I want it to be..........
Like, I know that at 1 ish we are going to Andy's house so my mom can have her hair colored and then possibly trimmed, but I can't get mine done yet. Which makes me mad. Cuz I really want my highlights done.
We were planning on going to the parade in Salem today, but that isn't happening after all cuz Shannon + cold air = BAD. Since she's asthmatic and all. I wish we were going tho.
After my mom gets her hair done, we gotta finish getting the house ready for the party my mom is having tonight. Oh what fun. And once the party starts, Shannon and I might get kicked outta the house. Tho I think that Shannon is going out anyway. So, once the party starts, I think I'm gonna get kicked out and sent to my grandmom's house with the dogs. Oh great.
This day pretty much has just started and it already sucks more than school does. I actually wish that Collin was at his dad's and that Tonya had some Christmas tradition planned and that I was gonna get dragged to go do the tradition. It would give me something interesting to do and I would be with Collin. And Ally and Tonya and Fred and Michael. Haha. But yea, it would be more fun than sitting here doing nothing. And that's saying something. haha.

Gotta love Fridays! =]

This Friday was especially good. Cuz, today is 20 days closer to Christmas. =]
Let's see.....How eventful was my day?? Not really that eventful. Health we took a vocab quiz, and then did like, nothing. it was awesome. Bio we took notes on the origin of life. Ooo was that fun. Then we watched a video, and we're gonna finish it on Monday. Other than that, nothing really happened. I went and talked to Collin like I always do before lunch, and then lunch itself was pretty interesting. Like always. haha. Algebra 2 we took a test, and then did quality cup. Our project is almost done!!! XD I'm gonna take pictures of our project on the 19 (the day we do Quality Cup) and post them on here then. It's banging. I'm not gonna say much on here about it yet, only cuz if somehow other academy kids in the other academies find out what our project is, that would be bad (not really, but oh well lol). Collin and Clay actually managed to come down even tho Collin had texted me and told me he had a test....He finished it in half the block even tho it was supposed to take the whole block. Haha. Stupid teacher thinks it'll take the whole block. lol Fourth block was kinda easy. Vocab test and then we read part of the first chapter of To Kill A Mocking Bird. It's ok I guess. Haha
And when school got out, my amazing best friend picked me up. He was gonna pick me up on Tuesday, but couldn't cuz he can't have 2 passengers who aren't family in the car at the same time. So then he was gonna stop by after Collin and I got home on Tuesday. But he couldn't come over. But today, Andy came and picked me up since he had a half day of school. XD I likes his car. Hahah.
And now I'm sitting in my back room listening to my poor kitten meowing cuz we had to put in him the crate since someone is here cleaning our house and he just gets in the way. It makes me sad hearing him cry like that. =[
I think I'll probably go get taquitos and then ice cream since I'm starved. =] Catch atcha later. XD
