Long day
It's been a LONG day today. And it's only about 5:15 ish too.
We had our school pictures today. Because I'm a junior whose name is between A and M, my picture was during the first half of first block. I hate having school pictures taken, cuz I always think I look dumb in the pictures. Last year was a semi good picture of me, tho I have a feeling this year's won't be.
I found out during second block that I got a 98 on my AP Calc test....And I got the highest grade...And 7 of those points were because of extra credit.....The average for the class was a 69....Mr. Lower is PISSED. =/
After I got home from school and called my mom, she told me that I had to get in the car with Shannon and drive down to her office. For those of you that don't know, my mom works for a doctor's office. Usually she doesn't tell me to go down there unless it's a good reason. Before I got off the phone, she told me that I was gonna have to get a shot. Uh oh. Shots + Samkay = BAD. But, I did as she said, and got in the car with Shannon. I wouldn't tell shannon why we were going down there until she was in the car tho. Cuz Shannon + shots = REALLY BAD. She passes out usually. So, wasn't gonna tell her until she was in the car.
We got down to the office and signed in. I knew what shot we were gonna get, but what I didn't know was that technically the office isn't giving the shots until October 1. Yes, the flu vaccine. *shudders* So, we got the flu vaccine today. The main reason we got them today and not until after the first is cuz my grandmom is going into the hospital on the 13th as some of you know. For those of you that don't know, she is having her right knee replaced on the 13th of October. And we wanted to get the flu vaccine well in advance because for about 2 weeks, the immune system isn't running at its best after that vaccine. And we don't want to risk her getting sick while she is in the hospital or right before she goes in. We want her to be as healthy as possible going into this surgery.
As I posted 2 days ago, please continue to pray for Fred and the entire family. His surgery was successful, but apparently things didn't go exactly as planned. He is also in pain, which is not too common because he has a high pain tolerance. Things are a little difficult without him being home right now, so please keep Collin's family in your thoughts right now.

What can I come up with that happened today??
Well, we had school. Today was my first day of having Honors US History 1. I'm sooo happy to be in it. Cerrito does give lots of homework each night I've learned tho. Like, we have to do an outline a night for her. But hey, at least that means I'm gonna learn something, right? Third block was a mess cuz Denby didn't quite understand that I had switched a class which therefore changed me from having her 1 block to having her 3 block. Mrs. Burke said she was gonna email my teachers about that too. Urg......Oh well. Finally got it worked out....I hate changing for gym sometimes tho lol
We had a pep rally today too. It was boring, and Rachel and I were sitting up at the top of the bleachers texting people and making fun of the cheerleaders. Wrong of us, I know. But still. We needed something to do. *Angelic* And afterall, I'm only 16 lol
After that, Collin and I drove to his house where we hung out for alil while. At around 6 ish, we left for Shelby's cuz I was about ready to kill Michael (Sorry Tonya. He was just driving me insane. PMS is evil to me). Since we were gonna be REALLY early, Collin kinda drove around for a few minutes. We ended up getting there about 5 minutes early, but that didn't really matter. Christian got there a few minutes later. So, our meeting was officially started lol Mikey and Mark came as well. So, it was me, Collin, Shelby, Ally, Christian, Mikey, and Mark. We strategized because we want to practice tomorrow. Mr. Hinde will end up getting a copy of the strategy from at least us 7 people and probably others as well. :) All cuz we love Mr. Hinde! lol
Collin and I ended up getting so wrapped into the meeting (or, at least I did) that we realized at alil past 8 that we had to go in order to get the Durango back to Fred by 9 for him to go to work. We quickly got out of there and quickly went to get gas. We ended up getting back to my house around 8:40 ish which meant that there was no way (other than speeding, which Collin knows he can't do) for Collin to get the Durango back by 9. So, I jumped out of the car, told Collin I would see him tomorrow, and he was off.
So, that's all that has happened today. Oh, minus the fact that Ally was running around with my shoes today. I've learned that I really shouldn't take my shoes off while I'm over there....Yet I still take them off....lol :) It's fun chasing her around the downstairs trying to get my shoes. Tho, Michael was getting annoying during that...Obviously that's why I was ready to kill him Tonya lol don't worry tho. He didn't get hurt.

Too busy
Crap. I hate it when I miss a day on here. lol Cuz then I gotta remember what all happened! Which is never easy haha
Yesterday I got to stay at home and do nothing. =] I slept until about noon, which was PERFECT!! And then I woke up, started a load of laundry, showered, and got dressed....With a minute before my grandfather got to my house to take us to robotics. LOL
Robotics was kinda boring. We're trying to figure out what HAS to be on there, and what doesn't. Last night I put the signal light on. Or, got it wired up. We still have a bit more to do before the light gets mounted. But, I can't put that on here...just in case another team is watching my blog. LOL
Today I went to school bright and early cuz I wouldn't have had a ride to school otherwise to take my final. I sat in a study hall during the 3 block final, and then went to Macconi's for my 4 block final. I think I did ok on it. I hope I did. lol
And now I'm just waiting for Shannon to get home and for my mom to get home. Tonight, my mom is getting her hair done, so the three of us are going to Andy's house so his mom can do my mom's hair. then, at 7, Collin is picking me up to go to Applebee's for dinner with him and his friends. This should be interesting. lol I'll post something hopefully tonight about the, what will most likely be interesting, dinner we're gonna have tonight lol

No school!!
Yepp, you read that right. There is no school today!!!! =] It didn't matter to me really, however, cuz I didn't have to take my first or second block final. Hehe so, finals that were supposed to be today are moved til tomorrow, and 3 and 4 block finals are on Friday. Of course, that means we are extended another day in June, but there is no school today =] lol
That's my backyard. The dogs went running outside today when my mom went to leave work, so our backyard isn't the "pure snow" lol they messed it up =[ lol
That's my lovely house =] It's small, but we love it lol I love it when it gets covered in snow too lol the entire town looks like one of those Hallmark cards....I love the snow at those times lol I wasn't able to get a picture of what it looks like looking down the road lol I'll take that alil later hopefully.
That's my little tree =] My grandfather bought me a Christmas tree a few years ago cuz that was the year we stopped getting live trees for Christmas. It's growing up and I'm soo happy. I am also able to mow around it without even hitting my precious tree. LOL I'm protective of it lol
My little babies playing in the snow. Ok, so eating it lol They love the snow. When we get the huge snow dunes they will go running straight into them and it takes us about half an hour to get them back in! They always look so cute playing in the snow
Oh, and yesterday I got my schedule....

Gym with Denby, Pre-Calc with Lower, US History 1 with Meiler, and Spanish 2 with Groeber
Marking period 4:
Decor Design 1 with Trimmer, Pre-Calc with Lower, US History 1 with Meiler, and Spanish 2 with Groeber
And yesterday when Collin was taking his AP Calc test or something in Lower's room, I got to meet Lower. So, he knows who I am kinda and hopefully that will work to my advantage lol Of course, then I fell asleep....lol that won't matter tho. =]
Alright, now it's time for me to go clean up around my house. I gotta clean up the room I'm in and my kitchen. This should be fun lol I hate cleaning. Anybody wanna help me?? =]

Thursday fun?
What can I say about today?
Collin picked me up for school today. Can I just say that I love him driving?? Haha I can't wait until his car is done now and when he learns how to drive stick. It will make me sooo happy. Like, for once I wasn't bouncing up and down every few seconds, and the ride didn't take 25 minutes. God, gotta love that.
School was kinda boring. Tomorrow we are gonna start disecting the pig fetuses in bio. Tho, I'm skipping that. Not skipping the class, but I am going to the library to work on the same stuff they are pretty much, but I'm not cutting into the pig, nor am I sitting in the room watching. Thank God. lol
After school was done, Collin and I came back to my house for alil bit after getting gas. Thank god I had the $20 in my purse still and I hadn't deposited it into my bank account yet. Of course, that means $20 less that I have for my prom dress, but oh well. I'll get the money some other way.
We went to school at like, 3:30 again to go to the DuPont play-off match and then finals. We ended up losing the play off to Woodstown. VoTech beat us too. 12-17-22 or something like that. Woodstown then lost to Shalick. Poo on Shalick!! LOL
Once we got back to the school at around 7:30 ish, we drove to robotics. I found out on the way back to PGHS that my aunt is in the E.R. in Salem cuz she is dehydrated thanks to having a stomach virus for 3 days. =[ Poor Aunt Potsy!
Kinda worked on a few things at robotics. At around 8:50 ish, Collin gave me a ride home since my mom and grandfather went to Salem to pick Shannon up from working (yes, she actually worked today!!) and to see my aunt.
And now I'm exhausted. Something is up with my sleeping time or something, cuz no matter when I go to bed, I wake up multiple times in the middle of the night. And it'll take me a while to fall back asleep. So, I'm only running off of about 5 hours of sleep each night or so. I actually passed out on the way back to PGHS from Pittsgrove Middle School. Collin was really sweet too cuz everytime I'd wake up to see where we were, he would just tell me to fall back asleep cuz we weren't even close. He also kept telling me that he'd wake me up when we were getting really close. So, I did get some sleep in. Not much, but some.

Hooray!
YAY!!! I love it when my mom does this...She grounds me for a week or two, but then a few days later, she lets me off of it pretty much! =] Tonya and Denise, don't remind her please!!!!!!!
So, Friday was ok I guess. Collin got his stitches removed. Oh, I got back my English paper on the trial from To Kill A Mockingbird.....I got a 99 on it!!! =] I'm sooo happy! lol Other than that, nothing really happened.
Today was ok I guess. During robotics Collin and I did electrical stuff. Afterwards, he drove me home and we were talking with my mom for alil while and just hanging out. Then my mom asked me and Collin to go to the Acme to get some stuff for dinner tonight since she can't drive. Poor Mom. She had an injection. =[ But so we went to Acme and got the stuff. Oh, and he asked my mom if I can go over on Monday. Like, if maybe we could go to the mall or something in Deptford...Her answer was "ask me tomorrow. Chances are yes" =] I'm soooo happy!!! lol

Fun fun?
I've missed a few days on this....I have tried to keep up with it. But, life has been crazy. As usual. Haha.
Sunday was kinda uneventful. After church, my best friend Rachael and her brother and mom came over for the Eagles game. They brought their Wii with them, so we played games on there while Jenn and Mom watched the game. We made sugar cookies, and Rachael and I decorated them in Eagles things.
Monday was boring, but good. That was the first day I got to see Collin during school and know that after 3 hours I would get the chance to hug him again. Knowing that totally helped me get through each class. My bus even made it home before Shannon's did for once. I tutored Kristen, but this past week she had no problems really, so for half the time I was tutoring we were talking about science fair stuff. =] Once I got done my homework, I hopped on Chief Delphi for robotics stuff. Once my mom got home and was actually awake (she and the cat fell asleep on the bed for about half an hour) we went to my grandmom's for dinner. And after dinner, I was flipping channels, and Star Wars was on Spike! It was the 6th one, which I don't like a whole lot, but Star Wars is HUGE to me. haha. I prefer movies 1, 2, and 3 over the others. But like I said, Star Wars is awesome. Getting to watch it made me so much happier.
Today was a normal Tuesday. We had school today, and nobody showed up for us to tutor. So, Mrs. S told us that we could stay as long as we wanted, just to turn out the lights and close the door when we leave. We waited for my grandfather to get there, and Collin was messing with this program called Scratch on Mrs. S's computer. My grandfather got there, and then we went back to our house. Collin pulled this plug outta my wall that has been stuck there for about 6 months now. Then I did my math homework. It took less time than I thought it would, so once he was done his homework, Collin grabbed the slinky and we tried to get it to go down the smaller set of stairs in my house. They were too wide, so we tried my bedroom steps. That worked...Until the cat decided he liked the slinky too. Hahaha.
Robotics was actually interesting today. Denise brought dinner tonight, and it was really good. We didn't do our usual team meeting like every other night, so I was kinda happy. I had the team update with me, so I kinda did want to have the team meeting. Oh well. After dinner, Aaron gave me and Collin some math stuff to figure out for programming, and we tried to....It just didn't make sense really. So, tomorrow we're gonna go to DuPont for alil while, and then go talk to Mr. Lower about it to see if he can help us out. It'll be good for me too cuz I have him next semester for pre-calc. =]
So, that's how the last 3 days have gone. Pretty boring actually. lol

Haha today was fun =]
We had a DuPont meet against Salem High this morning.....JV lost (I forget the score) and Varsity won. Varsity is the one that determines our ranking. haha. So now our ranking is 3-1. Salem's is 1-3. Once we got back to the school, we sat in T's room until the block ended. That's when I did this:

Then, it was lunch time. Jordan now swears I'm bipolar or something. I'm hoping he's wrong. Haha. I was like going from laughing hysterically to flipping out on the guys today. It was pretty bad. I'm sorry for any of them that read this. I really didn't mean to do any of that.
3 block we had to have our projects set up for how they are gonna look like tomorrow at Quality Cup. Lina and I set it up the way we wanted it to look, and we did the last finishing touches on the board. I'll take pictures with my phone as long as Murphy doesn't flip on me. I might have to steal someone's camera for the day just in case tho.
Fourth block went by fast and slow at the same time. Tho, I'm happy cuz tomorrow we won't have to take the vocab test since we're gonna be at the VoTech XD But I still hate Macconi. Oh, and she took away my water bottle today!!! It had been sitting next to my backpack for an hour and a half. I picked it up and set it on my desk so I didn't have to reach down and pick it up when the bell rang. She saw it and was like "I'll take the bottle. It's not allowed to be in here. It's the rules." I was sooooo pissed. I was gonna save it for the Dumb Show we have to put on (this extremely dumb play we have to do) and I told her that. So, she's holding onto it for me. URG!!!
Bus ride home was ok I guess. I was still fuming about how I didn't have my water bottle. John got me to laugh tho. And my dad's girlfriend had emailed me back from last night, so I was emailing her off my phone on the bus ride home. Got back home and texted Collin like always. Which I'm still doing. And then I got an i*m from Tonya telling me to look at her blog. Which is why I put the picture I did up there. lol
Tomorrow is gonna rock tho. All I gotta do is look nice and wear my sweater dress so I can get 5 extra points in Algebra 2 and check in with Iraldi in the morning at school. Then it's off to the VoTech for Quality Cup. My group is interesting. It's me and the 2 freshmen. I was gonna try dragging Collin and Clay into my group too, or at least just Collin. But Lina and I figured that Murphy would be pissed if there were 4 academy kids in one of the groups. Cuz each group is only supposed to have 2 academy kids in it. (The juniors in our Algebra 2 class have helped us throughout the entire thing) I promise I'll try to take pictures. Dunno how good that will work tho. I'm also gonna try to see Chu since I'm pretty sure she's gonna be there. I know Shannon will. But, I'm not gonna go see her. Hahah and if I do see Chu, I'm gonna get a picture with her. =] lol I don't get to see her often, so any time we hang out, I try to get pictures. lol
I'm off to choir soon. I'll post tomorrow after I get home from Quality Cup. Hopefully we win this year!! We came in second last year. We can easily do better tho. =]
We had a DuPont meet against Salem High this morning.....JV lost (I forget the score) and Varsity won. Varsity is the one that determines our ranking. haha. So now our ranking is 3-1. Salem's is 1-3. Boring/Busy day
I can't think of anything interesting that happened yesterday. After I got my phone, things were pretty low key. lol
Today on the other hand.....Haha.
School went by REALLY fast. Iraldi wasn't there today, so we pretty much did whatever we wanted. Tho we usually do that anyway. haha I was able to do alot of my make up English that I gotta do in order to get my grade up. Or, as much work as I could get done in there. It was kinda hard since all I kept hearing was Jorge and Josh making stupid perverted jokes about like, every girl in our little circle. lol i.e. Me and Julie. lol!!
Tyson was back since she wasn't there yesterday. She still isn't feeling too good tho. =[ We had this thing of 64 problems that we had to do, and I got done like, 40 ish of them. We have to have 45 done by tomorrow tho. So, it's all good. lol
In Murphy's, we did Quality Cup. Tomorrow is our last day to work on it during class, and we've gotta set it up the way it's gonna look like on Friday. Oh boy. I'm like soooo afraid for Friday!!! haha
Mrs. Macconi was back today. We had to do our memorizations. I had like, 20 minutes, maybe, to memorize the 4 quotes from Julius Caesar......I managed to do it right. =] lol
After school got done, Collin and I went to Woodstown Middle School for the LegoLeague thing. We were there for like, an hour. Then we finally got back home and watched H2O (A show on The N....I don't get it really lol) and then part of Parental Control (on MTV) and then Fred came and picked Collin up.
After that point, my day has been pretty sucky actually. Only good thing that has happened since Collin got picked up was that I realized I don't have to go to my first or second block class tomorrow cuz of a DuPont Academic League meet against Salem at Salem. They've won 1 outta 3 meets, and we've won 2 outta 3. So, as of right now, we have the better advantage. lol Collin and I get to see Shelby, which will be fun....I guess. LOL!!!!
I'm starved since I haven't eaten a meal since dinner last night. I was starved up until when my mom got home, and then I wasn't hungry at all. But now that she's left for the board meeting, I'm hungry again....Hm, doesn't that show you something??

Quick post before I go to bed
I decided today that I really hate it when Collin isn't at school or if he isn't there in the morning. Cuz seeing my boyfriend in the morning everyday before first block starts helps get my day on track. And today he wasn't there cuz he was at the funeral. So my first two classes sucked cuz I didn't get to see him and the last time I got a kiss was Friday at 2:30. Yea, he's not allowed to not be there in the morning anymore. Hahah.
Other than that, today was pretty uneventful. I tutored today, and froze my butt off waiting for the girl at the Country Store. We went to my grandmom's for dinner and then my mom and I went to Deptford and went to BJ's and then Barnes and Nobles. Got some Christmas presents for people, and then stopped at Chick-Fil-A on the way home. Picked Shannon up at my grandmom's, and then came home. Very boring day really. Main reason for the post was the above paragraph tho. Haha.
Alright, I'm going to bed. Tomorrow Collin and I gotta tutor Zach and then we have robotics. Gotta figure out what movie we're gonna watch tomorrow in between tutoring and robotics tho. haha. Any ideas??? =]

Gotta love Fridays! =]
This Friday was especially good. Cuz, today is 20 days closer to Christmas. =]
Let's see.....How eventful was my day?? Not really that eventful. Health we took a vocab quiz, and then did like, nothing. it was awesome. Bio we took notes on the origin of life. Ooo was that fun. Then we watched a video, and we're gonna finish it on Monday. Other than that, nothing really happened. I went and talked to Collin like I always do before lunch, and then lunch itself was pretty interesting. Like always. haha. Algebra 2 we took a test, and then did quality cup. Our project is almost done!!! XD I'm gonna take pictures of our project on the 19 (the day we do Quality Cup) and post them on here then. It's banging. I'm not gonna say much on here about it yet, only cuz if somehow other academy kids in the other academies find out what our project is, that would be bad (not really, but oh well lol). Collin and Clay actually managed to come down even tho Collin had texted me and told me he had a test....He finished it in half the block even tho it was supposed to take the whole block. Haha. Stupid teacher thinks it'll take the whole block. lol Fourth block was kinda easy. Vocab test and then we read part of the first chapter of To Kill A Mocking Bird. It's ok I guess. Haha
And when school got out, my amazing best friend picked me up. He was gonna pick me up on Tuesday, but couldn't cuz he can't have 2 passengers who aren't family in the car at the same time. So then he was gonna stop by after Collin and I got home on Tuesday. But he couldn't come over. But today, Andy came and picked me up since he had a half day of school. XD I likes his car. Hahah.
And now I'm sitting in my back room listening to my poor kitten meowing cuz we had to put in him the crate since someone is here cleaning our house and he just gets in the way. It makes me sad hearing him cry like that. =[
I think I'll probably go get taquitos and then ice cream since I'm starved. =] Catch atcha later. XD

I REALLY hate long days
Why is it that this week has been filled with long days!?!?!? Urg!
First block was really uneventful. Zach was finally back at school from being out with the flu since Monday. So glad he came back. Second block was actually pretty fun cuz we did this lab where we crushed up strawberries to get their DNA. I had my pieces of DNA in a tube thing, but then I lost it at the very end of the day =[
Third block we had to take a quiz, but if the majority of the class did well on it, it's being counted as a test. And to make matters worse, tomorrow we are taking a test on what we took the quiz on today! Urg!!! I'm afraid to take the test cuz I can't do the stupid factoring of polynomials or whatever.
Fourth block was probably my favorite block other than second block today. We did practically nothing for an hour and a half. And then we had the fire drill in the middle of it which took up more time. So happy about that.
Then we had the gifted and talented meeting. I gotta bring the permission slip signed and bring either $8 or $9 depending on what lunch I want. And I gotta bring it tomorrow so I'll be one of the first 40 people. And I really do want to go to the Franklin Institute. So, I'm bringing in my stuff. Haha.
Nobody showed up for tutoring even tho Mrs. S told Zach we were gonna be like, 5 minutes later than usual. But no, he wasn't there. So Collin and I sat there for like, half an hour until Jen came and picked us up. I heard an interesting story that even Collin didn't hear until today. Haha.
And then she dropped me off and now I'm on here. I'm waiting on a reply from my dad to know if I can talk to him, and I'm putting off chores right now to post this. Well, I was just eating lasagna and I still gotta do my English homework......lol I guess homework should really be done first, shouldn't it? lol I'll probably post another thing later tonight after Cantata practice. Hopefully I don't try to kill anybody in the process

Ah, my full day today.....Bler
Today was a VERY long day compared to the past 5 days.
In health 10 (first block) today we had a chapter 7 test.....It wasn't too hard, and on the vocab test we took a few days ago I got a 100....So, I should have aced that test. Haha. That and we went over the answers before we took said test.
Honors Bio (second block) was so easy today. We watched a video about the human genome project and then we got called down for an assembly with this guy named Reggi. He's a comedian, and is soo funny. He'll have the entire auditorium laughing one second, and the next you could hear a pin drop in there. It happened MANY times today. He talked about stuff that really actually hit close to home, and some things had alot of us almost in tears. Unfortunately the assembly was only for freshmen and sophomores. So the juniors and seniors didn't get to hear the stuff he was talking about. Once we got back to bio after the assembly, there was like, 5 minutes left, so Tyson just let us talk.
After bio got done, I walked down to Cerrito's classroom like I always do since I have lunch directly after bio gets out. I stood outside of Cerrito's classroom like always talking to Collin about what had gone on so far in my day. I told him about the assembly and how I was like, so close to crying during parts of it. I tried explaining it to him, but the bell rang just as I started to get into it. So he had to go into AP US History 2 and I had to go down to lunch. Lunch was pretty uneventful except for when John and Jess got into this HUGE argument....Never fun.
Third block was long. I never thought I would ever be happy when algebra 2 got done, but today I was looking forward to it. We were doing all new stuff, and it confused me to death.
Honors English 10 (fourth block) was actually easier than I thought it was gonna be. We did our Error I.D. like we always do at the beginning. Then we did part of the vocab packet for this week. She told us what poem is due on Friday, and then put on this video Julius Caesar. We watched about half of it, and then everyone who was gonna get a card got called down to the auditorium. Cards are like, these special things for people who keep good grades and don't miss lots of school. There is a red card, white card, and blue card. Red is 97-100 average and maximum of 2 attendance infractions. White is from some number to a 96.9 average and maximum of 2 attendance infractions. Blue is not the best grades ever, and no attendance infractions. While walking down to the auditorium I realized that Collin was in the hallway ahead of me going towards the auditorium as well. I decided to go annoy him during the assembly. But, just before I tapped his shoulder, he saw me. There went my surprise. Haha. Collin got a white card, and I got a red card. YAY for us! =] When the assembly was over, and I went back to English, we all finished watching the movie and that was pretty much it for the rest of that class. Haha. =]
After the bell rang, Collin and I met up like we always do, and instead of immediately having to leave so he could catch his bus and I could catch mine, we walked to Mrs. Santaniello's room since we tutor in there Tuesdays after school, and now we are adding Wednesdays and Thursdays. There was only my friend Makaila to be tutored today, so he went into the room next door for DuPont Academic League practice. I helped Makaila with the rise-and-run thing in math, and after about 15 minutes or so, she left. So, I returned my long overdue library book and went to DuPont practice. Collin and I stayed there for about half an hour, and during that time I answered 2 questions right....YAY me!!! =] my grandfather then picked us up to take us home so we could go to robotics later.
We got back to my house, Collin and I grabbed my favorite movie, A Walk to Remember, and went into the living room and started watching it. Midway through we both got hungry, so we ate hot pockets and made fun of my sister. We resumed watching it. I did a few chores around the house when I was told to do them and then again, would continue watching the movie.
At around 5:10 ish my grandparents arrived at my house to pick me, Collin, and Shannon up to take us to robotics. We got there and immediately started doing stuff to get ready for build season. At first Collin, Duran Duran (it's a nickname for this kid at robotics), and I were filing metal to weld it later on. Then Collin was told to get the new control system out and take inventory of it all. Once all the filing was done, I helped Collin put the control system stuff away and then we were told to start figuring out the wiring and stuff. Mind you our old wiring person graduated in June. So most of us don't know what to do. I was reading the manual on how to put it all together while Shannon, Collin, and Duran Duran were grabbing the stuff and attempting to figure it all out. As of right now we have about 1/6 of it done. And it all has to be figured out by January....Oh boy!
We all signed up to do different teams once build season starts. Collin and I both wanted to do programming, and since we were the first two to sign up tonight, we got what we wanted. Boy were we happy. Then we realized that we had to sign up for 2 things. Shelby signed me up for the updates on the manual since they come out on the FIRST website and I can get them easily since I'm always on the computer. Hey, what can I say? The interweb is fun. =]
We got information about a new fundraiser we're starting today. It's a South Jersey Robotics team credit card. If you want info on it, please check out our website. If you do sign up for a credit card, please contact me when you activate the card cuz I will get $50 towards my fundraising goal for each card activated that I sell. We have to raise a minimum of $800 by the end of the year, and I'm only partially there. If Shannon wasn't on the team, I know I would be very close to the goal. Haha. But, since she's on the team, we gotta split the money we raise in half. So please help us out if you can! =]
And now I'm just sitting here bored. Well, not totally bored. My loving boyfriend was complaining to me about some things, and then when he realized that I am/was reaching the limit of my stress, he immediately stopped complaining and told me to start talking to him about my problems. He had me tell him all the things that are bothering me most right now, and then he told me to elaborate on one thing in particular. He let me get everything I needed to off my chest, and he didn't once complain. I'm so glad I got over my ex and realized that Collin really has been there all along for me. He's simply the best ever <3

She told us what poem is due on Friday, and then put on this video Julius Caesar. We watched about half of it, and then everyone who was gonna get a card got called down to the auditorium. Cards are like, these special things for people who keep good grades and don't miss lots of school. There is a red card, white card, and blue card. Red is 97-100 average and maximum of 2 attendance infractions. White is from some number to a 96.9 average and maximum of 2 attendance infractions. Blue is not the best grades ever, and no attendance infractions. While walking down to the auditorium I realized that Collin was in the hallway ahead of me going towards the auditorium as well. I decided to go annoy him during the assembly. But, just before I tapped his shoulder, he saw me. There went my surprise. Haha. Collin got a white card, and I got a red card. YAY for us! =] When the assembly was over, and I went back to English, we all finished watching the movie and that was pretty much it for the rest of that class. Haha. =]
After the bell rang, Collin and I met up like we always do, and instead of immediately having to leave so he could catch his bus and I could catch mine, we walked to Mrs. Santaniello's room since we tutor in there Tuesdays after school, and now we are adding Wednesdays and Thursdays. There was only my friend Makaila to be tutored today, so he went into the room next door for DuPont Academic League practice. I helped Makaila with the rise-and-run thing in math, and after about 15 minutes or so, she left. So, I returned my long overdue library book and went to DuPont practice. Collin and I stayed there for about half an hour, and during that time I answered 2 questions right....YAY me!!! =] my grandfather then picked us up to take us home so we could go to robotics later.
We got back to my house, Collin and I grabbed my favorite movie, A Walk to Remember, and went into the living room and started watching it. Midway through we both got hungry, so we ate hot pockets and made fun of my sister. We resumed watching it. I did a few chores around the house when I was told to do them and then again, would continue watching the movie.
At around 5:10 ish my grandparents arrived at my house to pick me, Collin, and Shannon up to take us to robotics. We got there and immediately started doing stuff to get ready for build season. At first Collin, Duran Duran (it's a nickname for this kid at robotics), and I were filing metal to weld it later on. Then Collin was told to get the new control system out and take inventory of it all. Once all the filing was done, I helped Collin put the control system stuff away and then we were told to start figuring out the wiring and stuff. Mind you our old wiring person graduated in June. So most of us don't know what to do. I was reading the manual on how to put it all together while Shannon, Collin, and Duran Duran were grabbing the stuff and attempting to figure it all out. As of right now we have about 1/6 of it done. And it all has to be figured out by January....Oh boy!
We all signed up to do different teams once build season starts. Collin and I both wanted to do programming, and since we were the first two to sign up tonight, we got what we wanted. Boy were we happy. Then we realized that we had to sign up for 2 things. Shelby signed me up for the updates on the manual since they come out on the FIRST website and I can get them easily since I'm always on the computer. Hey, what can I say? The interweb is fun. =]
We got information about a new fundraiser we're starting today. It's a South Jersey Robotics team credit card. If you want info on it, please check out our website. If you do sign up for a credit card, please contact me when you activate the card cuz I will get $50 towards my fundraising goal for each card activated that I sell. We have to raise a minimum of $800 by the end of the year, and I'm only partially there. If Shannon wasn't on the team, I know I would be very close to the goal. Haha. But, since she's on the team, we gotta split the money we raise in half. So please help us out if you can! =]
And now I'm just sitting here bored. Well, not totally bored. My loving boyfriend was complaining to me about some things, and then when he realized that I am/was reaching the limit of my stress, he immediately stopped complaining and told me to start talking to him about my problems. He had me tell him all the things that are bothering me most right now, and then he told me to elaborate on one thing in particular. He let me get everything I needed to off my chest, and he didn't once complain. I'm so glad I got over my ex and realized that Collin really has been there all along for me. He's simply the best ever <3
