DIG 18

Here is my Day in Grace for day 18. For the most part, today was a good day. :)

1) Today Collin and I celebrated being together for 6 months :) He took me out to Applebee's tonight for dinner. It was so great to spend time with him on our 6 months. :)

2) My ex boyfriend took me and my sister out to lunch today. Picked us up, paid for lunch, gave me a chocolate bunny (his from Easter lol) and then took us home in enough time so we didn't get in trouble.

3) I got to talk to my best friend even tho she is grounded. Her mom realized I really needed to talk to Rachael, so she texted Rach and said that she could talk to me on the phone. Rachael texted me, and I was able to tell her everything that I needed to finally. Hopefully Jenn lets Rach keep her phone now!! :)

4) I know of many people who I can trust with things. And they mean the world to me cuz I know they won't tell my secrets <3

5) This is an odd one, but here it is: I was so stressed out today that I cleaned the kitchen....Meaning, the counters got scrubbed, the floor got Swiffered, and the stove got wiped down too. When I get stressed, I clean the kitchen. I did that at my dad's house over the summer a few times. Both when I was stressed and when I got bored. But cleaning the kitchen helped me think alot of things out, so it really did help me out. And it also made my mom happy. :) Which is always a good thing. LOL

Today was definitely a good day. It really made up for the crappy days I've been having lately. Which is really good.

At around 2 ish, Collin picked me up and we went to go get milk cuz he was going to be making dinner. He was making chicken alfredo and I got to help him. I wasn't the best help, but I did my part. lol Pretty much, I grated the cheese and stirred things when he told me to. Oh, and I put the olive oil in the pan for the chicken. lol I really didn't do much. Tho he apparently went all out cuz I was there. :) So, we had pasta too. He wasn't too happy cuz the sauce started to seperate, but Fred managed to salvage it for the most part. I thought dinner was really good :)

When I got home, Collin and I talked to my mom for a while. It was pretty funny. Like, it was totally random things we were talking about. lol Which made it the best. lol or, kinda the best. lol not really. Oh well. :)

My mom, sister, and I then went over to my grandparents' house where we had spaghetti. So, I ended up with two delicious dinners. I ate more at Collin's than I did of my mom's spaghetti. lol :)

and now I'm home, waiting for Big Love to come on. Once it comes on, I'm gonna be so happy. I'm now hooked on the show....What fun :) lol

I'm also contemplating if I should start the thing that Denise does, the Day of Grace. I dunno tho. Still thinking about it. It'll give me something to do....So, I dunno yet.

I meant to take pictures. I really did. It just didn't work cuz we were having too much fun laughing =]
Collin picked me up alil after 7 at Andy's house. He had to come inside to talk to Mom and Andy's little brother was talking to him too. Probably a good thing Andy wasn't there. LOL We texted Carly and told her we were gonna be a few minutes late.
We got there, and everybody was standing there waiting for the table. There was (when we got there) : Michele, Carly, Clay, Robert, Melanie, and Brett. Tho Brett didn't sit with us. Kaitlyn showed up alil after we did. While we were still waiting for the table, we had TONS of fun laughing with Rob and Clay about Mel and just about everything lol
Dinner was the same thing. Collin, being the gentleman that he is, bought my dinner for me. He had the appetizer sampler and I had a half order of the chicken caesar salad and a diet pepsi. I wanna say we got seated at around 7:30 ish, and we all got done eating at around 8:30 ish or so. Michele had also told the waitress that Rob's birthday is on Sunday. So, out came the ice cream. Which he didn't want to finish himself. So, Clay, Rob and I ate it. =] It was yummy...Chocolatly too. =] lol But that does not mean we were ready to leave. Oh no. We sat and gossiped. We talked about Katie H. and her boyfriend and how Rob was her fall-back guy after Dylan G. We talked about winter track. We talked about Mel's homecoming dilema one year. The list of stuff we talked about goes on and on.
Clay's girlfriend Ariel didn't come tho, so I was the only sophomore. But, it wasn't until somebody *cough cough* Collin *cough cough* mentioned that I was the only sophomore that Rob realized. Like, Michele and Carly and Clay and probably Kaitlyn knew I wasn't a junior like the rest of them. And I think Mel knew too. But Rob didn't know. lol After my loving boyfriend said that, Rob then said that I was not cool and that the juniors are alot more mature than sophomores are...What he didn't realize tho (at that moment) was that Clay was trying to get the knife to balance on the fork....Yea, real mature. LOL
Michele and I started to gossip like we did in middle school. Hopefully things go back to the way they were. We were saying how we missed middle school cuz we were so close and all the fun times we had in Virtual School (this dumb class we took, but we didn't do anything but goof off on the computer). It felt right again. lol
We left Applebee's at around 10 ish. We were both not happy to leave, but Denise said that Collin had to be home by 11. So, we decided to give him an extra 15 minutes to get home since it takes 15 minutes to get from Beckett to my house. Once we got here, then Collin decided to start sliding on the ice in my driveway. And just when he almost fell, my mom and sister pulled in. lol nice timing Mom and Shannie. LOL!!
So, that was our fun night. Hopefully Tonya and Denise are happy with the report. LOL!!! =]

Oh, and I just found out that robotics starts at 8 instead of 8:30....Grrrrrr

Too busy

Crap. I hate it when I miss a day on here. lol Cuz then I gotta remember what all happened! Which is never easy haha

Yesterday I got to stay at home and do nothing. =] I slept until about noon, which was PERFECT!! And then I woke up, started a load of laundry, showered, and got dressed....With a minute before my grandfather got to my house to take us to robotics. LOL
Robotics was kinda boring. We're trying to figure out what HAS to be on there, and what doesn't. Last night I put the signal light on. Or, got it wired up. We still have a bit more to do before the light gets mounted. But, I can't put that on here...just in case another team is watching my blog. LOL

Today I went to school bright and early cuz I wouldn't have had a ride to school otherwise to take my final. I sat in a study hall during the 3 block final, and then went to Macconi's for my 4 block final. I think I did ok on it. I hope I did. lol
And now I'm just waiting for Shannon to get home and for my mom to get home. Tonight, my mom is getting her hair done, so the three of us are going to Andy's house so his mom can do my mom's hair. then, at 7, Collin is picking me up to go to Applebee's for dinner with him and his friends. This should be interesting. lol I'll post something hopefully tonight about the, what will most likely be interesting, dinner we're gonna have tonight lol

Saturday Night Life (Not really, but oh well)

Ahah! I have figured out how to outsmart my post thingy. lol Which pretty much means, I have learned how to get the first line or so NOT as a link lol
So, today at robotics, things were pretty boring. I had to wire up the air compressor, and do a few other things. Eww. lol After that, Collin and I drove to his house to hang out. At first we thought that nobody was home cuz the van wasn't there. So, we drove around for alil bit. We went back to his house, and saw a car in front of the house. Tho, he didn't know who the car belonged to, we went ahead and parked. that's when we realized that Tonya and Allyson and Michael were there the entire time cuz Fred took the van to work lol
We went to Tonya's grandparents' house. The ones with the farm. lol We ate dinner with her grandparents, mom, brother, sister-in-law, and their two boys. Michael went with Tonya's dad back to his house.
After dinner, Randy (Tonya's brother), Collin, Tonya, and I took Ally and Colt (one of Randy's boys) "sledding".

Collin was helping Colt get situated. His gloves were falling off, his boots were on backwards (meaning, right boot was on left foot lol) and Ally decided she didn't want to sit on the sled anymore cuz she kept almost falling off lol So, she got in the truck with Randy and Tonya.


She was trying to get Collin to get off the ice and sit down with her on the bench....We think. Haha


Collin was walking with Ally on the edge of the pond. The ice was thicker there, so we figured it was safe to let her walk there. We didn't let her go much further. And she was holding onto her big brother the entire time.


And of course, I had to take some pics of me and Collin during the sledding experience lol We were sitting in the truck bed watching the two little 2 year-olds on the sled.

Today was a very fun day. I actually can't wait until the pond is totally frozen, and the ice is solid so we can go ice skating on the pond =] And I hate ice skating sometimes cuz I fall all the time and I hate the cold too!! lol

Cantata and dinner

Ok, so the cantata was fun. I got alil nervous. Ok, alot nervous. But looking at these two people I know and trust alot helped me calm down some. Haha. There were lots of people there, and nobody in my family took any pictures that I know of. XD I took some pics with Shannon's camera before the cantata of everybody in the choir, but that was about it.
We went to Texas Roadhouse for my mom birthday dinner. She had to have the cactus overtop of her head and everything. It was perfect. XD

This part is for Tonya.....It may be cold, but this time I'm not gonna wear a jean skirt and tights and a thin sweater. Haha. I'm gonna wear jeans and a big warm hoodie. Ok, maybe two hoodies. Hahaha.
